about me.
hi there - welcome to my portfolio! I’m a kent state alumni with a B.S. in fashion merchandising and media, which basically means I’ve spent the last few years blending my love for fashion, entertainment, and storytelling into a creative career that’s taken me from ohio to new york city to nashville.

it all started in college when i joined a magazine as a contributing writer. i covered everything from fashion to pop culture and quickly realized that telling stories and connecting with creative minds was my thing.

fast forward to my new york chapter: i interned in pr at yaya publicity and juggled writing and photography for vignette magazine, soaking up every ounce of experience the city threw at me.

with my recent move to nashville, i stepped into the music scene as an editorial intern with the academy of country music where i edited copy, interviewed country artists from dasha to kelsea ballerini, and contributed to the 60th acm awards.
that opportunity opened the doors to so much more, as i currently work as a contributing writer and photographer for holler country covering all things country music, as well as serving as the marketing & pr coordinator for the music health alliance team, helping artists and across all genres get the crucial resources they need.

i’m all about telling authentic stories, building creative connections, and continuing to carve out my path in the creative world - one project (and photograph) at a time.
